Penn Medicine is comprised of two main entities: the Perelman School of Medicine and the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS). UPHS includes five hospitals: Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania; Presbyterian Medical Center; Pennsylvania Hospital; Chester County Hospital; and Lancaster General Health; and two community-based provider networks (Clinical Care Associates and Penn’s Home Care and Hospice network).
