The "Future of Health Care" is right here in Northeast Wisconsin. Our goal has always been to be the leader in health care so we can improve health standards in the communities we serve. Together physicians, administrators, and local business leaders have created an atmosphere of collaboration that has earned our organization national respect.
For physicians, there is great opportunity within and in support of our organization. ThedaCare is truly a physician-led organization. Physicians hold key leadership positions throughout the organization, serve on the ThedaCare Board of Trustees, and chair or serve in membership capacity on many quality improvement committees. We value and encourage physician involvement because of the importance of the physician/patient relationship.
As partners in providing care, physicians, hospitals, health plans, and allied services focus on delivering care in a compassionate and cost-effective manner. We continue to make the necessary capital investments that keep our organization’s facilities state-of-the-art.
Whether you are a primary care or specialty physician, we invite you to get to know our organization and see why we feel so strongly that the "Future of Health Care" is right here.
