Community Health Network
Established in 1956, Indianapolis-based Community Health Network is a leading not-for-profit health system offering convenient access to expert physicians, advanced treatments and leading-edge technology. Community Health Network was rated 11th (and 4th in all the Midwest) in Vertispan’s annual ranking of the 100 most integrated heath networks. Community has also been recognized 8 out of the past 10 years as one of the nation’s Top 100 Most Wired hospitals health systems. On July 1st 2008, Community Health Network celebrated its fifth anniversary of being agency-free in nursing. Meaning that for five years, we have only had Community Health Network nurses working with our physicians to take care of our patients.
Since beginning operations in 1956, Community has grown into an integrated health network comprised of five tertiary care hospitals (Community Hospital North, East, South, Anderson, and the Indiana Heart Hospital), five Indiana Surgery Centers, five immediate care centers, three nursing homes, and numerous other health care facilities located throughout Central Indiana.
Community Physicians of Indiana (CPI) is a physician-directed medical group who work in partnership with Community Health Network. Through a focus on quality outcomes, service and cost-effectiveness, our primary care group is committed to a group working environment necessary to achieve our vision and be the most attractive place for physicians to practice. Consisting of over 160 family practice, internal medicine, ob/gyn and pediatric physicians in more than 70 practices, CPI is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for both patients and staff.
Community Health Network offers physician opportunities at a variety of facilities throughout Indianapolis and central Indiana. We are seeking motivated, care-driven physicians interested in practicing in a progressive, community-minded setting.
