Texas Health Resources is one of the largest faith-based, nonprofit health systems in the United States. The health system includes 25 acute care and short-stay hospitals that are owned, operated, joint-ventured or affiliated with Texas Health Resources. It includes the Texas Health Presbyterian, Texas Health Arlington Memorial, Texas Health Harris Methodist and Texas Health Huguley Hospitals, Texas Health Physicians Group, outpatient facilities, behavioral health and home health, preventive and fitness services, and an organization for medical research and education.

The Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area continues to enjoy a robust economy. Housing in our area is consistently ranked one of the most affordable of larger metro areas within the nation. There are a variety of large corporations headquartered in this area and unemployment rates continue to remain below the national average. There are opportunities to live in the urban or suburban areas, or to live 30 to 45 minutes outside the city in a smaller town, on a ranch or farm. Educational opportunities are available in public, private and parochial school systems. There are also a number of good community colleges and reputable universities in the Dallas /Fort Worth metroplex. A number of cultural and recreational amenities are available in our cities, including world renowned art museums, ornate performance arts centers and a diversity of fine dining and shopping experiences.
