Deaconess centers of excellence include cardiovascular care, cancer care, orthopedic/medical care, neurological care, and emergency and trauma care. At 365 beds, Deaconess Hospital is the crown jewel of the Deaconess Health System, which also includes:

• Deaconess Gateway Hospital, a 116-bed acute care hospital which opened in January 2006 in Newburgh, Indiana, 7 miles from Deaconess Hospital.
• The Women’s Hospital, dedicated solely to serving the healthcare needs of women and infants. With a special focus on family-centered care, the hospital includes a Level III NICU, with a total of 71 beds.
• Deaconess Cross Pointe Hospital, providing mental health services and psychiatric care to meet the emotional and behavioral health care needs of teens, adults, seniors and their families.  The hospital has 60 inpatient beds.
• HealthSouth Deaconess Rehabilitation Hospital, specializing in comprehensive medical rehabilitation, including physical, occupational, recreational, and speech therapy services for patients recovering from injury or illness.
