Founded in 2001, we employ over 300 physicians working in hospitals around the country and also provide management support services for hospitalist programs.
Hospitalist programs are hospital-based physician practices that are staffed on a 24/7/365 basis. Hospitalist physicians work as a team within the hospital to manage patients effectively and efficiently during their hospital stay. They are employed by 24 ON Physicians, the staffing arm of IN Compass Health. This relieves our client hospitals from the costs and administrative burden of employing these physicians directly.
Our hospitalist programs and management services drive improved patient outcomes, nursing and physician satisfaction, better management of unassigned patients, higher throughput capacity and lower LOS and cost per case. Our physicians have a low turnover rate, a testament to our ability to match staff with the right clinical setting.
IN Compass Health is dedicated to assisting hospitals and medical staffs in building successful hospitalist programs. We will work with you from the very start and develop an "Implementation Guide" as well as a recruitment plan. IN Compass Health will then provide the support necessary to ensure the ongoing and continued success of the program.
