Just 28 miles south of Salt Lake City, you’ll find one of the best mid-sized cities in the state: Lehi, Utah. In the last few years, Lehi has transitioned from an agriculture-based economy to a technological economy – a change that has been accompanied by a boom in growth and quality of life. The city has 12 schools, many of which have some of the highest rankings in the state of Utah.

Situated in the northern part of Utah County (the second most populated county in the state), Lehi is lined by the mountains of the Wasatch Range on the east and directly adjacent to Utah Lake, a 148-square mile shallow freshwater lake known for its boating, fishing and water skiing opportunities in the summer, and its ice hockey, ice fishing and ice skating in the winter. With so many parks, lakes and mountains, the area boasts a variety of fun things to see and do, including biking, boating, hiking and skiing – thanks to having the “Greatest Snow on Earth!”

There are many excellent ski areas within a one-hour drive of Utah County, including Utah County's own Sundance Resort in Provo Canyon. Collegiate sports are brought to the county by Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University. There are also plenty of concerts, operas, dramas, musicals and movies at a variety of theaters and schools throughout the year.

Of course, living in Lehi means living in close proximity to Salt Lake City (28 miles), Park City (52 miles), and Utah’s northern mountains and southern Canyonlands, which offer world-famous summer recreation opportunities, including hiking, camping, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, rock climbing and more.

Come enjoy a career in beautiful Lehi, Utah! With four distinct seasons, a wonderful family environment, and stunning views of the great outdoors, there’s no better place to live and work out West.
