Aspirus Woodruff Clinic
For the 3rd year in a row, Aspirus has been named by IBM Watson Health as one of the Nation’s Top 15 Health Systems, based on analysis of overall organizational performance and quality. We are a system of 10 hospitals and more than 50 clinics that spans over 25,000 square miles throughout Central Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Currently, over 500 providers are located throughout the system and have the opportunity to affect approximately 770,000 lives.
Woodruff has approximately 1,958 year-round residents, which jumps to many more during the summer months. At just 38 square miles, Woodruff is part of the Lakeland area, which is considered to have one of the largest concentrations of fresh water bodies in the world.
Approximately 95 percent of Woodruff is owned by federal, state and county interests and is not available for private sale, ensuring an enviable recreational environment for all future generations. The natural resources of the area are managed by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for the benefit of public and private enterprise.
