Chamberlain is located on the bluffs of the Missouri River and nestled along side the Lewis and Clark Trail. The communities served by the public school system are Chamberlain, Oacoma and Pukwana. There are 350 children enrolled in the Chamberlain High School. St. Joseph s Indian School is a private, residential school serving the Native American youth.
