The facility is a 500-bed hospital system and ACS-accredited Level II Trauma Center in Great Falls, Montana. The Emergency Department sees approximately 38,000 patients annually. The hospital utilizes a CAMTS-accredited (Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems) transport system that provides aero-medical transports in Montana and the Northwest, utilizing a helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft. Other specialized services include CT, MRI, nuclear, and PET imaging. The health system features 40 inpatient and outpatient specialties, and features a 54,000-square foot outpatient cancer center, home and hospice care, inpatient rehabilitation, and a 72,000-square foot orthopedics center.  
Great Falls, Montana’s third largest city, offers countless opportunities for outdoor recreation, a rich Old West historical lineage, and a family friendly community. Great Falls is located in Cascade County in North-Central Montana, at the basin of the Missouri River. The city has a population of approximately 60,000.
