Established in 2004, Ambulatory Care Solutions is a small business providing primary medical care to veterans in VA's Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Indiana and surrounding states. CBOCs are clinics that provide primary care, mental health, as well as basic lab and radiology services to veterans who are enrolled in the VA's health care system. CBOCs function like a private medical practice with board certified physicians and nurse practitioners.
