Carolina Center for Behavioral Health
The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health provides teens, adults, and senior adults with comprehensive treatment for a range of psychiatric and substance use disorders. We also offer integrated programs to address the needs of patients with dual-diagnosis (or co-occurring disorders).
Our programs are available at various levels of care to accommodate the severity of every patient’s condition: inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment. Our Brain Stimulation Center includes a robust ECT and TMS program.
The facility is a growing 156-bed private behavioral health system located on 13 acres in Greer, South Carolina. Specializing in psychiatric programs and substance abuse treatments such as detox and rehab, The Carolina Center serves Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and areas throughout South Carolina and western North Carolina. Our facility is conveniently accessible from Interstate 85 at Highway 14 (exit 56).
We provide no-obligation assessments and referrals in a confidential setting. Our programs emphasize a multidisciplinary approach, addressing mental health and substance abuse needs as appropriate and incorporating individual and group therapy, family programs, and educational sessions into treatment. This integrated care method provides patients with comprehensive support and resources, progress with treatment goals, and ongoing treatment success.
The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is owned and operated by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), one of the nation's leading hospital management companies.
