Cherokee Nation Health Services (CNHS) is the largest tribally owned and operated healthcare system in the nation. Our system includes nine outpatient facilities, one hospital, a public health system, an adolescent rehabilitation facility, and EMS. Our areas of excellence include primary care, obstetrics, general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, women's health, pediatrics and dentistry. We provide a wide array of primary care services with over one million patient visits a year.

We ensure that you are compensated well with a competitive salary and great benefits to enhance your quality of life. Our compensation includes a guaranteed base salary + annual merit to base increase + a quartlery RVU bonus incentive. CME stipend and 40 hours CME leave, 160 hours paid vacation annually (first 0-3 yrs), and Federal Tort malpractice coverage.
Benefits include 12 paid annual holidays, sick leave accrued at 4hours/pay period, , Matching 401(K) Retirment Plan Available (100%employer match for first 5% employee contribution and 50% for next 4% contribution), paid maternity leave (eligible after one year employement), as well as excellent insurance coverage (effective day one of employment), and we are our eligible sites for the NHSC and IHS loan repayment programs.
