Our Facility: The Cherokee Nation Outpatient Health Center is the newest and largest tribal outpatient health center. The Cherokee Nation's new four-story, 469,000 square-foot outpatient health center on the Hastings campus opened its  primary Care, dental and resident clinics, optometry, audiology, physical rehabilitation, behavioral health, radiology, lab and pharmacy services to patients in the fall of 2019.   The facility will feature a new ambulatory surgery  center opening in the spring 2020.

Cherokee Nation Health Services is partnering with Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine to open the Nation's first tribally affiliated Medical School in Tahlequah, OK.    The first medical school class will consist of 50 students with classes begining in the Fall of 2020.

Experience Tahlequah, Oklahoma:  Our community serves as the hub for the Cherokee Nation and is home to Northeastern State University, the Illinois River and Lake Tenkiller.  Tahlequah is a community of about 16,000. The community is rich in local history as well as Cherokee culture. Tahlequah is only an hour commute to metro Tulsa where there is fine dining, shopping, recreational parks and the Tulsa International Airport.
