The mission of the Columbus City Community Health Center of Southeastern Iowa is to provide affordable, comprehensive, culturally appropriate, cost effective care to the residents of greater southeastern Iowa region, especially those individuals with limited resources or with others barriers to health care in order to improve their overall health status.
The Community Health Clinic provides medical and dental services.
