Crest provides excellent rehabilitation services for patients of all ages and physical abilities. The Crest program is unique because of the therapists’ hands-on approach tailored to each patient’s individual set of circumstances.

We offer aquatic therapy at select locations and certified services including: hand therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, pediatric therapy, lymphatic drainage therapy and pelvic floor dysfunction therapy.
