Crownpoint Health Care Facility

The Crownpoint Healthcare Facility is a small rural hospital with an Emergency Department, Emergency Department Fast Track, Inpatient Unit, and numerous ambulatory care clinics.  The Inpatient Unit has an average of 8-10 patients daily with a typical maximum of 14 patients. 

The Crownpoint Healthcare Facility Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Emergency Department includes the Fast Track which operates daily, including weekends and holidays, with limited hours.
