Cumberland Medical Center

Cumberland Medical Center was founded in 1950 by May Cravath Wharton, MD, a physician who had a vision for better healthcare for the residents of the Cumberland Plateau.

Our hospital provides a full range of medical services, including primary care, cardiology, gastroenterology, surgery, orthopedics, maternity services, cancer care, and advanced wound care. Cumberland Medical Center joined Covenant Health in 2014 and boasts the region's newest emergency department.

Atop the beautiful Cumberland Plateau lies scenic Crossville.
