Gig Harbor Medical Office
Gig Harbor Medical Center opened in December 2018. It serves diverse health needs, from young families to older Medicare members, including the healthy & engaged, patients with chronic disease, and complex patients with social challenges affecting their health.
Community: Gig Harbor, with a population of 9,110, is ranked among the top five Best Small Towns in America by Smithsonian Magazine. Located along State Route 16, just across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge from Tacoma, Gig Harbor boasts panoramic views of Mt. Rainier, the Cascade and the Olympic mountains. With close access to several state and city parks, and an historic waterfront that includes boutiques and fine dining, it is a vibrant, growing, economically healthy, maritime community. Many commercial fishing boats make Gig Harbor their home port and the fishing fleet still gathers the first weekend in June (during the Maritime Gig Festival) in the center of the bay for the annual Blessing of the Fleet ceremony.
We are dedicated to building lifetime relationships with peers and patients in Washington State’s richly diverse communities. Many know the Pacific Northwest as an attractive tourist destination with beautiful scenery, friendly people, and a host of cultural and recreational opportunities. These elements, and others, make Washington an excellent place to live.
