HCA’s Midwest Division is comprised of 10 hospitals and medical centers in the Kansas City Metro area. The Kansas City Metro Area is comprised of 1.9 million people living on both sides of the state line (Missouri and Kansas). It is located near the geographic center of the nation and is known as the “Heart of America”. Location is one of Kansas City’s best attributes, possibly having the best access to anywhere in the world! Also, due to Kansas City’s high earning potential and low cost of living, it ranked sixth as one of the 50 Smartest Places to Live by Kiplinger’s Magazine.
