Hammond-Henry Hospital

Hammond-Henry Hospital is a 25 bed acute care hospital that includes a 38 Long Term Care Living Center. Hammond-Henry also provides a wide range of surgical, diagnostic and rehabilitation services. Founded in 1901, serves the healthcare needs of about 20,000 residents. The hospital provides emergency care, home health, diagnostic imaging, obstetrics, rehabilitation & a wide range of other primary & specialized treatments, programs & services to meet both inpatient & outpatient medical needs. Hammond-Henry's most recent remodeling projects include a complete renovation of the emergency room in 2013 and surgical services and acute care in 2014.

Other areas attractions include: Geneseo Art League, Geneseo Historical Museum, Central Theater, Richmond Hill Barn Theater, Geneseo Public Library, and the Geneseo Republic (Newspaper). One public 18 hole golf course, one 9 hole private golf course and outdoor pool, 1 miniature golf course, Geneseo Campground with 63 campsites and 4 cabins. Boating, fishing, and bike paths are located along the Hennepin Canal and Green River. 16 Wi-Fi Sites are found throughout the City. Locally owned and operated Telephone Company. 3 assisted living facilities. Many local non-for profit organizations host Ice Cream Socials in the City Park during spring, summer and fall. Our citizens and the community are offered support by the Geneseo Food Pantry.
