Hedrick Medical Center / Wright Memorial Hospital

About Hedrick Medical Center
Located in north central Missouri, Hedrick Medical Center is a Joint Commission-accredited hospital that has cared for area communities since 1888. Our state-of-the-art facility opened in February 2014 and serves as a regional referral center for Livingston County and eight other surrounding counties.

Hedrick Medical Center services include a 24-hour Emergency Department, primary care clinics, outpatient specialty clinics, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, a full-service Maternity Unit, inpatient and outpatient surgery, Intensive Care Unit with eICU capabilities, diagnostic imaging, and a Women’s Center featuring 3-D mammography, hospitalist program, and a nurse navigator program.

An early adopter of telemedicine technology, Hedrick Medical Center stands out as a regional eHealth leader. We’ve allowed more patients to remain close to home while receiving high-quality specialty care.

The Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry bestowed a 2014 Fast Track Award for the hospital’s dramatic growth and economic stimulus to the area. We’re the first general acute care hospital to win this award.
