Facility: Lynnwood Medical Center was established over 35 years ago to provide care to the South Snohomish population. The experienced, patient-centered clinical staff at Group Health’s Lynwood Medical Center includes 8 family practice physicians, 1 pediatrician, 2 PAs, 4 family practice RNs, 4 treatment center / injection room RNs, 2 Advice LPNs, 11 Medical Assistants. Clinical Pharmacist. Physical Therapy is provided on-site. A full service primary care center, with on-site urgent care center, lab, pharmacy, physical therapy, radiology, and eye care services, Lynwood Medical Center provides the full scope of family care for all ages, from infancy thru geriatrics. Specialty care is provided at Group Health specialty centers in nearby locations or by referral to contracted providers in the area. Group Health’s state-of-the-art electronic medical record and integrated system help provide for ideal care coordination.
