Marshfield Clinic has multiple locations in the Eau Claire area. Over 100 physicians and 40 Allied Providers provide high quality care locally in more than 30 medical specialties. Many additional specialists are available via local outreach or telemedicine services. We have two primary care clinics – Oakwood and Lake Hallie; the Eau Claire Center, which is home to many of our specialists and our Ambulatory Surgery Center; Cancer Care; Heart Care; Behavioral Health and Physical Therapy. Marshfield Medical Center - Eau Claire is a fully integrated medical campus that will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient health care to residents in the Chippewa Valley and western Wisconsin.
Marshfield Medical Center – Eau Claire offers a wide range of advanced care services. The 44-bed, full-service hospital opened July 2018 and includes a wide-range of advanced care services, including:
- Interventional catheterization and cardiovascular surgery
- Advanced spine surgery
- Pulmonary and critical care medicine with full respiratory and vent capabilities
- Comprehensive women's and infant care program
- Full scope of general and orthopedic surgery services
- 24/7 emergency department staffed by fellowship-trained and board-certified or board-eligible emergency medicine physicians
- Comprehensive cancer care services including inpatient and outpatient care
- Inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation and occupational therapy
Eau Claire is located in the heart of West Central Wisconsin at the confluence of the Chippewa and Eau Claire rivers and approximately 90 miles east of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
