Mayo Clinic Health System-Faribault is a 24-provider, physician-governed practice, representing specialists in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology and General Surgery. They admit to a district (community-owned) hospital in Faribault that is attached to the clinic. District One Hospital (DOH) has new and nicely updated facilities. Diagnostic capabilities are competitive with nearby regional hospitals, as are surgical suites and obstetric services (including LDRP suites). DOH also provides the only cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs for the region, drawing patients from Northfield and Owatonna, The organization has two clinic locations in Faribault, as well as one in Kenyon, just 15 minutes to the east. Its parent organization is Mayo Clinic Health System-Owatonna, a 75-provider, multispecialty group practice located 15 minutes to the south. All Faribault, Kenyon and Owatonna sites are part of world-renowned Mayo Clinic.

Compensation is based on qualifications and experience, plus benefits and production incentive, with a two-year salary guarantee.
