Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center offers a comprehensive range of acute medical services in a 143-bed facility located in Jasper, Indiana. As a regional health care center with approximately 100 Active Staff Physicians and over 1,600 employees, Memorial serves eight rural counties with primary care offices in Jasper, Huntingburg, Dale, Holland, Petersburg, Washington, Cannelburg, Loogootee, Shoals, French Lick, Leavenworth, Bristow and Santa Claus. Established in 1951 and under the sponsorship of the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary, the hospital annually provides services for 7,000 inpatients, 230,000 outpatients, 30,00 emergency patients and 1,000 newborns.
