The health system is a 31-hospital healthcare system spanning four states. Located in the Creve Ceour suburb of west St. Louis, the facility is the only level-I trauma center in St. Louis county, with over 81,000 annual visits to the emergency department and 979 Medicare-certified beds. The hospital offers extensive academic opportunities and is a teaching hospital for St. Louis University’s Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Ob/Gyn residency programs.
