  1. Site of Service. The contractor shall provide personnel for service at Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC) Gulfport, MS in support of the Naval Hospital Pensacola, FL.
  2. Labor Category. The contractor shall provide personnel from the following labor category: Pediatrician (one individual)
 
  1. Qualifications. The healthcare worker (HCW) shall possess and maintain the applicable qualification requirements given in Section C of the basic contract. In addition the following qualifications are required:
    4.1. Board certification in Pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics. OR
    4.2. Successful completion of an approved pediatrics residency training program within two years prior to the start date of this task order.
  2. Staffing and Scheduling.
    5.1. The contractor shall provide one Pediatrician. To maintain continuity of services, the HCW MUST BE A FULL-TIME INDIVIDUAL. The Commanding Officer will not privilege more than one individual for the required position.
    5.2. The Commanding Officer or designated government representative will supervise the HCW.
    5.3. The HCW shall provide services Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0600 and 1800, for 8.5 or 9 hour shifts (to include an uncompensated 1/2 or 1 hour meal break). Services will not normally be required on the day of observance of a Federal holiday. The HCW shall be on duty for about 40 hours each week, except during periods of approved leave and holidays. In no instance will the HCW be required to provide services (on-site service plus approved leave and holidays) in excess of 80 hours per 2 week period. The specific schedule for each 2-week period will be scheduled one month in advance by the supervisor. Any changes in the schedule shall be coordinated between the HCW and the government.
    5.4. Holiday compensation shall be provided in accordance with Section C of the basic contract.
    5.5. The HCW will accrue 10 hours of personal leave (annual plus sick) for each 2-week/80 hour period of services worked (on-site services plus approved leave and holidays) and shall be subject to leave approval in accordance with Section C of the basic contract.
  3. Duties. The HCW shall provide services within the scope of clinical privileges granted. The HCW shall perform the applicable duties given in Section C of the basic contract
