Mercy Skilled Nursing Center is a welcoming environment for patients needing short-term rehabilitation care, as well as adults who need long-term, 24-hour assistance with daily living. Located across Conway Road from Mercy Hospital St. Louis, our 120-bed, not-for-profit facility also offers respite, palliative and hospice care.

Short-term rehabilitation services help patients recuperate from a hospitalization, strengthening the skills needed to return home. These may include:

Long-term care at Mercy Skilled Nursing Center includes round-the-clock nursing care in a residential setting, with amenities designed for our residents’ comfort and convenience. Residents are assisted by a team of experienced caregivers, including:
