ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital is a 25-bed, acute-care Critical Access Hospital serving the residents of Fostoria and surrounding communities. Patients at Fostoria Community Hospital have access to state-of-the-art diagnostic, emergency and surgical facilities, as well as general medical care and inpatient intensive care. Established in 1930, ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital has proudly cared for generations of patients and families. 

Fostoria, Ohio is located approximately 40 miles southeast of Toledo, and its surrounding communities have a combined population of about 20,000. With its serene and rural setting, Fostoria has a friendly and charming small town environment. An atmosphere of close-knit families and neighborly surroundings makes Fostoria a quiet and comfortable place to live, within a short traveling distance to the larger metropolitan cities of Columbus, Toledo and Cleveland.
