SageWest Health Care is fully accredited by The Joint Commission, is a Chest Pain Center and recognized as one of the Top 100 Rural and Community Hospitals by The Chartis Center for Rural Health. We provide inpatient medical services, emergency room services, intensive care, surgical services, therapy services, imaging and laboratory diagnostic services, sleep lab studies and infusion services. Our service area encompasses 45,000 people and we have a cohesive medical staff with on-site specialists including interventional cardiology, general surgery, endovascular surgery, obstetrics/gynecology, orthopedics, ENT and dental. Fremont County consists primarily of the Wind River Valley in the western part of the Wyoming. It is bordered on the south and west by the Wind River Mountains and on the north by the Owl Creek Mountains. The county extends east over Beaver Rim into central Wyoming.
