Saint Luke’s North Hospital is a two-campus hospital with a combined 159 patient beds and more than 20 specialized health care services. Our Barry Road Campus opened in 1989 as the first and only hospital serving Platte County. Our Smithville location was founded in 1938 and has a long-standing reputation for its innovation and medical leadership. As a member of Saint Luke’s Health System, patients who need advanced treatment for heart conditions or stroke have immediate access to care protocols established by the renowned Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute and Saint Luke’s Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute.
