The Harrisonburg Community Health Center(HCHC)-is a Non-Profit, Federally Qualified Health Center(FQHC) located in the Shenandoah Valley. The center’s mission is to provide quality affordable healthcare to the diverse communities of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. They offer primary care for both pediatric and adult patients, dental care, pharmacy services, women’s health, and are expanding their already established behavioral health services. The HCHC is a state of the art patient center medical home, recognized by NCQA. They are one of the few practices in the Shenandoah Valley that still accept Medicaid. For those that are uninsured or under insured, the HCHC offers a sliding fee discount program and a 340b prescription program to ensure access is available to all including our communities most vulnerable. In addition, the HCHC currently has 3 locations to better serve our community.
