St. Luke's Elmore, formerly Elmore Medical Center, was founded in 1955 and has a long tradition of providing expert care to the people of Elmore and northern Owyhee counties. This 25-bed critical access hospital features 24-hour emergency services, lab and imaging services, family birthing suites, and a long-term care unit. It also includes Trinity Medical Clinic, which specializes in family medicine and OB/GYN care.  
 
In 2013, St. Luke’s Elmore became the newest hospital to join St. Luke's Health System. The former Elmore Medical Center, founded in 1955, has a long tradition of providing expert care to the people of Elmore and northern Owyhee counties. This 25-bed critical access hospital features 24-hour emergency services, lab and imaging services, family birthing suites, and a long-term care unit. It also includes Trinity Medical Clinic, which specializes in family medicine and OB/GYN care. 
 
St. Luke's Elmore is located in Mountain Home, a vibrant rural community of 15,000 that sits between the Danskin and Owyhee Mountains in beautiful and rugged southern Idaho. Located 40 miles southeast of Boise, Mountain Home is the county seat of Elmore County, with an economy based on industry as well as the city’s proximity to Mountain Home Air Force Base.
