UT Health Jacksonville is a 94-bed acute care community hospital providing health care to Cherokee County and the surrounding communities. With 379 members of the medical staff, ETMC Jacksonville includes 30 active staff physicians and 50 courtesy staff members. Diagnostic services include a fully equipped laboratory and radiology department with X-ray, CT scanner, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, stereotactic mammography, EEG, EKG, a GI laboratory and mobile MRI. 24-hour emergency department (Level III trauma center) with ground ambulance service and Air 1 emergency helicopter. Lithotripsy (mobile) Obstetrical services with fully equipped labor and delivery rooms and a Level I nursery. Outpatient oncology clinic staffed with physician specialists. Outpatient cardiac rehabilitation in a fully equipped facility with monitoring by cardiac specialists. Physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy, as well as sports medicine and telemetry.
