About PACE:
PACE stands for Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. As PACE programs, these Ascension Living locations provide all-inclusive medical care and services with full insurance coverage for seniors 55 and older supporting biopsychosocial needs in the home and the community. Our main components - medical, home care, and adult center - offer a variety of services structured to foster independence for our participants. By delivering all needed medical and supportive services through a customized health plan, PACE provides seniors with chronic care needs an alternative to nursing facilities. PACE's goal is to help our participants maintain their independence and stay in their homes for as long as possible.
