Ascension Medical Group is a physician-led national provider organization, and a key component in helping Ascension Health achieve the quadruple aim: the best possible outcomes, enhanced experience for those we serve, enhanced experience for clinicians, and affordable care. Ascension Medical Group Illinois has 14 hospitals and over 150 sites of care in the Chicagoland area.
