Practice Overview

Founded in 1983, Chatham Medical Specialists is a primary care practice specializing in adult medicine located in Siler City, NC.  We pride ourselves in high patient and employee satisfaction. Please consider our practice for your general adult (age 18+) medical care.

If you have pain or are feeling physically unwell, CMS provides same-day appointments for all sick established patients and is currently accepting new patients. We evaluate and manage everything from sore throats to chronic illness (diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.).

Prevention is our strategy as we provide a total wellness approach to patient care. CMS cares for the total patient, not only the physical wellness of our patients but also the mental wellness. We enjoy the benefits of providing numerous diagnostic services including an in-house laboratory, X-ray and bone scan to better serve our patients. We screen for early detection and treatment of arteriosclerosis, heart disease, stroke, cancer and osteoporosis.
