Looking for BC Radiologist for Locum Assignment

TIVA Healthcare, a division of Envision Physician Services is seeking a BC MQSA Certified Radiologist for a hospital in San Bernardino CA.  All candidates must have active unrestricted CA license.

*Need 2 weeks of coverage per month ASAP
*Must be efficient (100 - 150 reads per day)
*Must have MQSA and proficient with breast procedures ; paras & thoras preferred
*343-bed hospital
*158 cases per day (diagnostic); 7 interventional cases per day
*Modalities: Interventional, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray or CR, CT, PEDs, Nuclear Medicine, Mammo
*8a-5p onsite coverage, telerad after hours
* IR fellowship required

5 Rad Practice
Locums cross-credentialed for all 5 locations
Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM schedule and 1 weekend per month call 
General Radiologist - All General Modalities
Procedures not required but a plus
