Constitution Surgery Center East is a Connecticut Licensed and Medicare Certified Outpatient Surgery Center, with accreditation by AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, INC.). CSCE offers high quality care as a more convenient and cost effective alternative to traditional hospital care. Providing excellent service is a high priority at CSCE. The goal of every staff member is to provide you with a high quality, comfortable and relaxing visit. Our team has been carefully selected and include some of the most outstanding professionals in Connecticut. Constitution Surgery Center East has been providing surgical services since 2001. In November 2017, the surgery center was moved into a newly built 19,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art surgical facility. Our Physicians are all board certified or board eligible in their respective specialty, either Ophthalmology or Orthopedic procedures.

COMMUNITY INFORMATION

Waterford consists of 33 square miles of land in Southeastern Connecticut surrounded by water on three sides and intersected by two major interstate highways. Located two hours from New York City and Boston, with easy commutes to Hartford and New Haven. The community has developed over the years from a rural farming community in the 1700’s to a suburban community with approximately 20,000 residents.
