As the state of Oregon's first Satellite ER, Curry Medical Center offers community-based health care by Board Certified providers and staff with the expertise, resources, and compassion necessary to serve your unique needs-all without the need for a long distance travel. Curry Medical Center will house an urgent care facility and an ER facility in the same building (in separate locations). The facility's Emergency Department will house 4 rooms, one trauma room, and one observation bed. Labs/CT/Ultrasound will all be available 24/7.
Curry Medical Center provides convenient access to experienced and dedicated primary care providers including family practice and internal medicine; in addition to specialty care including obstetrics and gynecology, general and orthopedic surgeons, urology, neurology, cardiology, and psychiatry.

Located on the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast, Brookings is six miles north of the California border on U.S. Highway 101. It is bounded on one side by the Chetco River and Port of Brookings Harbor, and on the north by Harris Beach State Park. Since its incorporation in 1951, the City of Brookings has grown in population and area; it is now the largest city in Curry County. Much of the City’s population growth since the 1980s, when Brookings was “discovered” as a great place to live as people influx into the area to enjoy the mild climate, beautiful coastline, and many scenic and recreational amenities.
