Doctors Hospital at White Rock Lake

Doctors Hospital at White Rock Lake is a 278-bed, full-service, acute-care hospital located 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. Doctors Hospital has nationally recognized programs in Cardiology, Weight Loss Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery.

The 18-bed Emergency Department sees 28,000 patients annually and has a new computerized tracking system. 85% of patients have very little major trauma. There is a high percentage of medicine and cardiac. All major medical specialties and most sub-specialties, with the exception of neurosurgery, are represented. There is a dedicated nursing staff, all of whom are ACLS certified and have long tenure. There are 34 hours of Physician Coverage daily with 12 hours of MLP coverage daily in the Fast Track.
