Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health is a three hospital health system supporting West Central Indiana. Shifts are 8-12 hours with mid-level practitioner coverage. Scribes are assigned to our providers during most hours at all of our sites. Envision Physician Services has current Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN EM positions available within the following hospitals:

St. Elizabeth East: 

· 37,000 annual ED volume

· 38 hours physician coverage

· 32 hours MLP coverage

· Lafayette, IN

St. Elizabeth Crawfordsville:

· 18,000 annual ED volume

· 24 hours physician coverage

· 10 hours MLP coverage
