Greene County General Hospital is accredited by JCAHO and converted all patient rooms to private rooms to assure patient confidentiality.  Greene County General Hospital’s Emergency Room’s well trained staff provides high quality, cost efficient care while utilizing the latest technology and equipment.  The hospital offers several emergency services to residents of Greene County as well as residents in surrounding counties  Services provided include, but not limited to cardiac anomalies, various types of trauma and other injuries. The hospital is also well equipped to provide emergency  transfer to trauma centers or hospitals when necessary.
