Shelbyville is located in the middle part of southern TN, only 40 minutes from Music City - Nashville.  The county's landscape is comprised of 475 square miles of beautiful rolling pastures mixed with high elevation hills.  Shelbyville is world famous for playing host to an annual celebration of the incredible and unique Walking Horse.  Farms throughout our county are speckled with the vibrant and frolicking lineage of some of the greatest champion TN Walking Horses ever bred.
