Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital (JDCH) is a 650 bed medical/surgical and maternity facility.  It is a member hospital of Memorial Healthcare System (MHS). MHS is the third-largest public healthcare system in the country, and a national leader in quality care and patient satisfaction.   Sheridan Healthcare provides Neonatology services at Memorial Healthcare with a current practice of 13 MDs and 18 APPs.  Established in 1992, Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital combines advanced technology and the expertise of the largest, most diverse group of board-certified pediatric specialists in the region. With its summer 2011 expansion, Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital now has 204 beds and is South Florida's newest freestanding children's hospital.
