The Kansas City VA Medical Center (KCVA) is a 157-bed tertiary care facility having academic affiliations with the University of Kansas and the University of Missouri - Kansas City. With over 1,400 staff and 6 regional Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC), KCVA operates on an annual budget in excess of $200,000,000.  KCVA proudly served over 44,000 veteran patients with nearly 500,000 outpatient visits and 6,880 inpatient discharges.
