Lake Pointe Medical Center—The Inpatient Services department at Lake Pointe Medical Center utilizes a multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary approach to care provided. Patient assessment, plan of care, intervention, evaluation of goals / outcomes are addressed on an ongoing basis. Lake Pointe Medical Center offers full service patient care in Internal Medicine and its subspecialties. With five full-time staff internists including a hospitalist service and Med-Peds, we are able to fully meet our goals for offering quality healthcare. Internal Medicine specialists are available for call, admissions or consultations 24 hours a day, year round.

Hospitalist Program:

• 36 hours of physician coverage
• 12 hours of nocturnist coverage
• 14 ICU beds
• 18-20 avg. encounters
• Inpatient and outpatient pulmonary care
• Neurology consultations and on-site care
• EMR-Cerner
• Criteria-BE/BC IM
• Flexible Scheduling, manageable patient load
