Memorial Medical Center - Lufkin is licensed for 302 beds and employs approximately 1,000 people. The facility has a home health service, cath lab, and cancer center. In addition, it has a Life Care Unit for mental health and counseling. The hospital serves as a comprehensive medical and surgical facility, and as a regional referral center for the system s service area. Memorial Medical Center—Livingston is a state-of-the-art hospital that was recently built in 2000.  It sits on a 41-acre campus and was recently expanded in 2007 adding two new floors to its 160,000 square foot bed tower.  These floors are home to medical surgical rooms and a new intensive care unit.  Memorial Medical Center – Livingston offers Women’s health, Outpatient Surgery, ICU, CCU Cardiopulmonary and an attached Medical Professional Office building.
