The Emergency Department at Memorial Medical Center San Augustine sees 5,000 patients annually and is equipped 24 hours a day for patients needing first-class care. With state-of-the-art equipment available, the ED is ever ready to meet the needs and concerns of patients.

Shift times are 12-hours in length. There is a strong nursing staff in place and T-System charting is used.

Located in the green hills of East Texas, San Augustine County is made up in large part of beautiful National Forests, Angelina and Sabine, and is situated between two great bass fishing reservoirs; Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend. The County’s two main townships are San Augustine (the county seat) and Broaddus (the gateway to Sam Rayburn Reservoir).
